KITCHEN

Location: New Market

We transformed the 1st floor of this home by completely opening up the space. Our client really wanted a more spacious 1st floor and we achieved this by removing a number of walls and installing a brand new shaker kitchen. Some of the features that really make this area special are the engineered wood floors along with the seating desk area and blue backsplash with designs. The long island also helps with extra prep areas and seating area for the whole family.

BATHROOM

Location: Blue Mountain

This was a beautiful bathroom situated in Blue Mountains, which was in need of a renovation. Although the space was optimal, the original bathroom was builder grade and had a number of deficiencies including a cracked sink. We maintained the brightness of this room by using white finishes throughout with tiled surfaces. The bathroom contains many luxury features including a Senso Wash wall hung toilet, a curbless shower with glass enclosure, a soaker tub, and dual medicine LED cabinets with LED lighting. The bathroom also features a heated flooring system with a Wi-Fi thermostat that can be controlled by NEST.

This beautiful house located in Downtown Toronto needed a new look. We with help of our expereince designers changed the interior of house and gave it a new look with purple color for all four sides of house except the door that was delivered white and black.

Basement

Location: Etobicoke

The most notable element of basements in Etobicoke is their size. They are large and open. This space had a lot of potential with its high ceilings and ample space for each element. The finished basement includes a full laundry, bathroom, entertainment area, walk-in closet, work room, and exercise room.

This condo renovation, in the beautiful area of Summerhill in Toronto, involved the entire space including the kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, and den. Our client’s focus was to completely renovate the space and make it more functional, as well as modern. As with all condo renovations we were limited in terms of layout, but we were however able to make major improvements that substantially increased the size, and function of the home. After the demolition was completed, we were able to raise the height of the ceiling in most areas almost by 2 feet, and in some areas by 4 feet. This probably had the largest impact on the space, which was transformational. Secondly, the client invested in custom cabinetry in all areas of the condo, and this not only enhanced the beauty of the space, but also maximized storage and utility in all the rooms.

Location: Richmond Hill

The consistent theme for this whole house renovation was MODERN. The scope of work included the main floor: kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces; the upper level: 2 piece bath with bedrooms and hall; and the basement: entertaining area and full bathroom. Though the footprint of Steve’s small kitchen remained the same, the renovation included removing a section of wall by the south end, and this considerably improved the openness of the area. The custom polished concrete countertops and raised shelf on the peninsula are an eye catching feature of the kitchen. The main bathroom present challenges as well because of space, but the addition of a custom sized vanity made it work. The bathroom features a modern porcelain tile design featuring a custom concrete window sill and Kohler shower tile. In addition, the basement features a full spa bath with ledgestone, and new engineered hardwood flooring. All new windows and doors plus bamboo flooring were installed through the main levels, and spray foam insulation.
